Due to COVID-19, I am primarily providing treatment services via telehealth. I am offering limited in-person sessions for established clients with mandatory masks and social distancing. My office building is following recommendations by the CDC and the state of North Carolina and will continue to evaluate this rapidly evolving situation. The health and safety of staff, clients, and community is my top priority.
It is important to acknowledge the extreme stress of this time; mental health care and support will continue to be an important way we tend each other. You are all a part of this community, and I am committed to connecting with you to stand in solidarity emotionally even as we have physical distance.
Please contact me about any concerns you may have about this or ways that there may be unanticipated barriers for you to accessing telehealth. Thank you for your understanding.
